How is doctor commission calculated?
On the amount actually collected against the bill, not on the billed value. If a bill is part paid, commission reflects only what came in — and it is rebased automatically if the bill is later refunded.
Can we produce a statement for each doctor?
Yes. A referral commission statement exports as a PDF for any date range, and the underlying data exports to CSV.
Can different staff have different access?
Yes. Reception, technicians, pathologists and accountants each get only the screens their role needs, and result approval is restricted.
